General Terms and Conditions of Sale Winter 2020-2021


The prices indicated are in €uro and including tax and take into consideration of the VAT applicable on the day of booking. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.

The rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected and do not include the services (unless otherwise stated)

The tourist tax of € 1.50 for the winter season 2019/2020 per day and per person (over 18) is not included in the price displayed and must be paid directly on site. It is applied all year round.

Certain services may be subject to a supplement and be subject to possible modifications without notice, in no way engaging the responsibility of the hotel.

No stay booked before the implementation of a possible promotional offer (non-refundable rate) will be subject to reimbursement, even partial.



Reservations can be made on the website: https: //, by phone, by e-mail or by post.

The reservation will only be effective if it is guaranteed by the guest, either by communicating a credit card number with validity date or by payment of a deposit, and after receipt of a detailed reservation confirmation.

Payment for all services will be made directly to the hotel (exceptions made for prepaid reservations at the time of booking). The possible balance as well as all the additional services purchased by the customer must be paid by the customer before leaving the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.

Reservations regardless of their origin will be payable in € uro only.

The hotels accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and have a secure reservation system (SSL) which protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation in order to prevent any disclosure to a third party.

When registering the reservation, a debit authorization from the credit card will be carried out. This will be done for informational purposes, and will in no case be a debit from the account except in the following cases:

- Promotional offer "not cancellable - non refundable".

- If the validity date of the credit card is earlier than the arrival date.

The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that the responsibility of the Hotel Terminal Neige Totem cannot be sought in this regard.


Breakfast and Half-Board:  Meals not taken on the day, will not be reimbursed, or carried over.


 Deposit: 50% of your stay including VAT is required and will be charged at the reservation. The 50% of balance will be due 15 days before arrival. Please note this amount is excluding city tax

 Cancellation: Without fees and refundable 15 days before arrival.
Between 14 days and 4 days before arrival, we propose you a report until April 2022. The full amount of deposit will be used as a credit, the difference will not be refundable.

From 3 days from arrival to the D-Day and in case of no-show, the stay is not cancellable, not refundable and no report can be proposed.


Guarantee Policy

A non-refundable deposit equal to the full stay amount including VAT is required and will be charged at the reservation. Please note this amount is excluding city tax.

 Cancel Policy

No cancellations or changes are permitted. In the case of no show the total amount of the stay will be charged incl VAT. 


Force majeure means any event external to the parties having a character both unpredictable and insurmountable which prevents the customer or the hotel in the realization of the trip, from performing all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This will be the case in particular, without being exhaustive in terms of strikes of means of transport, hotel staff, government or public riots, natural disaster, health, hotel fire ...



Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be requested by email or by phone at

The request will not become effective until the hotel has confirmed its acceptance in writing.

In the event of a modification or cancellation of a stay, the following conditions apply (except in cases of force majeure):

- For any request for modification or cancellation made 30 days before arrival, no deduction will be made.

- From 30 days before arrival on the date of arrival, or in the event of non-presentation on the date of arrival, a deduction of 100% of the amount of the stay applies.

- Any stay started is entirely due.

For reservations made via the website of our partners, cancellation must be made via this site (expedia, booking, etc.). The cancellation conditions that apply are then specific to the partner and may therefore be different from those of the hotel.

In the event of an extended stay, the client must notify the hotel reception no later than 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, to find out about availability and conditions.



The child breakfast rate applies to children up to and including 12 years old.

Our animal friends are allowed in the establishments, for a supplement of € 20 per animal per day.

The rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. A supplement may be invoiced in the event of non-compliance with the maximum departure time. The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day

The client accepts and agrees to use the room as a good father. Also, any behavior contrary to morality and public order will lead the hotel owner to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a payment has already been made.



Access to the Spa is subject to additional invoicing and is only accessible to external customers under conditions.

Access to the Spa is reserved for guests over the age of 16.

The customer who accesses the wellness area or who benefits from a treatment agrees to respect the staff and other customers. Also, any behavior contrary to morality and public order will lead the hotel owner to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a payment has already been made.



The ski shop is operated by Terminal Neige Skishop. The general conditions of sale applicable to all products and services purchased from the Skishop are the specific conditions of the Skishop.


In the event of unavailability of the hotel or in the event of force majeure, the latter reserves the possibility of having the client fully or partially accommodate in a hotel of equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same kind. The transfer will then be the responsibility of the hotel owner who cannot be sought in payment of any additional compensation.


Any complaint must be sent to the Hotel by registered letter A / R, and this within 15 days of the departure of the stay subject to said complaint. After this period, no claim will be considered.



Pursuant to law 78-17, known as information technology and liberties, customers are informed that their reservation is subject to computerized nominative processing. Users have a right of access and rectification of the data entered, which is exercised at the head office: SAS TERMINAL NEIGE - Flaine Forum - 74300 ARACHES-LA-FRASSE. The hotel offers Wi-Fi internet access. The user client undertakes that the computer resources made available to him shall in no way be used for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a neighboring right such as texts, images photographs, audio-visual musical works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights envisaged in books I and II of the code of the intellectual property when this authorization is required.

The establishment has a video surveillance system in the common parts of the building.


The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to belongings belonging to customers during their stay.

The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any degradation, any act of vandalism which could occur because of the occupation of the premises and / or because of the participants and / or the staff for which he is responsible, both at movable, decorative and immovable property whether or not belonging to the hotel. As a result, the hotel can therefore ask the client to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any reimbursement of the current stay, and to reimburse the damage caused by these acts, as well as all the damage suffered by the hotel.


These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case with the substantive rules as well as with the rules of form. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
